On-site material processing with MB Crusher attachments delivers significant cost and time savings. Instead of loading demolition rubble, broken concrete and rock into trucks for off-site crushing, operators can crush the material on the spot and immediately reuse it as backfill, road base, building rubble fill or aggregate — cutting truck movements, tipping fees and material purchase costs.
The MB BF range of bucket crushers connects to the existing hydraulic system of excavators from 6 to 150 tonnes. The crushing jaw is driven by the excavator's hydraulic flow, so no additional power source is required. Material is fed through the bucket opening and exits the bottom as crushed aggregate of a size determined by the adjustable jaw gap.
MB Crusher screening buckets (the MB-S range) sort and screen materials without crushing them. These attachments are used for reclaiming topsoil, screening gravel, separating aggregate by size and cleaning contaminated soil — all tasks that would otherwise require a standalone screening plant.
Drum cutters (the MB-R range) are rotary cutting heads for excavators, suited to rock profiling, trench cutting and concrete milling in areas where impact hammers cannot be used due to vibration restrictions near structures or utilities.
