The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

MCMCO reserves the right to modify product descriptions, prices, and specifications without prior notice. All product sales are subject to formal quotation from MCMCO. Quotations provided by MCMCO are valid for the duration specified therein and are subject to change without notice. Acceptance of a quotation constitutes an agreement to the terms outlined therein.
Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Should we have stock available, orders will be prepared for collection/delivery the same day/next day provided payment is validated/received.
Should the product not be in stock please allow up to 7-10 working days, or as long as 3 months depending on the nature of the product and courier/shipping circumstances.
Every effort is made to affect your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence MCM will contact you and provide a revised order date.
MCM may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and MCM chooses South Africa as its domicile citandi et executant for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
