The MCM F2800 Self-Loading Concrete Mixer is a 4×4 diesel self-loading concrete mixer — MCM's largest self-loader — that loads, weighs, mixes and delivers concrete from a single machine. In fact, it carries an on-board mixing drum of ≥2.8 m³ and a 0.65 m³ self-loading shovel, giving contractors serious on-site output without a separate loader, batching plant or mixer truck.
This self-loading concrete mixer combines a large front loading shovel, an on-board mixing drum and a turbocharged diesel engine rated at 85/90 kW (4105 Country II / 4102 Country III) for high-volume batching. Moreover, the automatic feeding system loads aggregate straight into the drum, removing manual shovelling, while the 280 split-type gearbox and heavy-duty 2.5 t wheel-side reduction axles on dual 16/70-R22.5 tyres deliver strong 4×4 traction on rough, uneven sites. At 9 000 kg with a 3.2 m wheelbase, the F2800 stays stable under a full load yet still travels between jobs at up to 25 km/h, discharging cleanly wherever the concrete is needed.
Building and civil contractors use the F2800 for foundations, large floor slabs, columns, kerbing and bridge works where high on-site output matters. In addition, road contractors, farms and remote-site operators rely on it where ready-mix trucks cannot reach, because it batches its own concrete and runs on diesel with full 4×4 mobility.
