The MCM CMP38 Concrete Mixer Pump is a trailer-mounted diesel concrete mixer pump that mixes and pumps concrete from a single machine — built for construction sites across South Africa. In fact, it delivers up to 38 m³ of concrete per hour and can convey concrete up to 250 m horizontally or 60 m vertically, so contractors can batch on site and place the concrete exactly where it is needed without a separate mixer, pump and crew.
This mixer pump combines a 0.45 m³ mixing tank and 0.5 m³ loading bucket with a hydraulic concrete pump, so aggregate is loaded, mixed and pumped in one continuous cycle. Moreover, a Kawasaki 112 mL/r hydraulic pump and a Huadong 83 kW diesel engine drive the Φ180 × 800 mm cylinders at up to 10 MPa pumping pressure, while Siemens electrical controls keep operation simple and reliable. Handling aggregate up to 35 mm and supplied with 100 m of steel delivery pipe, the towable CMP38 is a self-contained concrete plant that moves easily around site and between jobs.
